The grave field #0104 situated next to the monastery of 'Chad kha in eastern Mal gro.
The monastery was founded by the Bka‘ dams pa master Bya 'Chad kha pa Ye shes rdo rje (1101-1175) in AD 1164. The present structure is a recent reconstruction situated below the extensive ruins of the older 'Chad kha (Fig. 3), the latter including in its upper section the burial mound of M-3, in this form of a walled construction rather unusual for the burial landscapes of easterm Mal gro.
