Fig. 1 The grave fields of Bcom mdo (#0195 – #0197, #0351) and Thang mgo (194) in the region of Dbu ru Byang of present-day Lhun grub County. The area is listed as a territory of the Cog ro clan, namely as the leading clan of the Bcom mdo Thousand District (<i>stong sde</i>), one of the ca. 40 <i>stong sde</i>of imperial Central Tibet (Hazod 2009: 200, 208). And a text from the monastery of Rva sgreng speaks of the "burial site of the Cog ro" (<i>co[g] ro'i dur sa</i> situated in this area (Roesler 2007: 130), probably referring to the impressive grave field of #0196.
